Susana is usually the first person people see when they enter our showroom. Her cheery voice is often heard answering our phone calls.

She is in charge of placing orders for all our customers, and takes care of us all! Many say Susana is the one who is really in charge!

Mike Grassi

Mike Grassi

Mike Grassi is our General Sales Manager at MINI of Fairfield County, and clearly the most experienced of us all, in the automotive field. Mike grew up in auto sales, and has owned his own dealership. He joins us from BMW Darien, where he served as the Pre-Owned Sales Manager. He was the first one in our group to do the MINI training, “Let’s Meet MINI”, at the event in San Francisco.

Mike is the latest addition to our Motoring Advisor staff. He grew up in the Fairfield County area, spent ten years in the US Marines, and came to us from Morton’s Steakhouse in Stamford, where he still works on his day off from MINI. He is a great guy and a expert wine connaisseur, so obviously good at selling MINI as well!

Mark Smith joined MINI of Fairfield County from our BMW of Darien store. He is a great automobile enthusiast and knows all kinds of car statistics. Mark is enjoying his 2007 Laser Blue MINI Cooper S with the JCW package. This MINI is named Vapor.

Antonio was born in Portugal, and teamed up with us officially in 2004, after being a MINI lover for years. He started doing the pre-delivery car preparation assignment and moved on to become a Motoring Advisor about two years later. He has owned classic Minis in Portugal, and currently owns two (2) of the new MINIs. One in Red (Too Hot) and one in Yellow (Killer Bee).

Fabrizio comes to us from Frozinone, Italy, and has been here at MoFC for five years. He is a true european and his customers are very happy.
Seen here in day-off attire, like most of us, he comes in to the office often on his day off.
